Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how keidijewelry.com ("we," "us," "website") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our services.

GENERAL TERMS

1.1. The online store KEIDI Jewelry (KD Creative OÜ) (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is owned by KD Creative OÜ (registration code: 16962505), located at Tamme tn 18, Põltsamaa, Jõgeva County, 48104, Estonia (Phone: +372 55517855, Email: hello@keidijewelry.com). The following terms apply to all users of the Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and regulate relationships arising from purchases made in the Online Store.

1.2. The Online Store reserves the right to amend and supplement the general and purchase terms by publishing the new terms on the website: www.keidijewelry.com. If a Customer places an order before the new terms come into effect, the terms valid at the time of purchase will apply.

1.3. When shopping in the Online Store, these terms and the rights and obligations established by the laws of the Republic of Estonia apply.

PLACING AN ORDER

2.1. Customers can place orders either as registered users or without registration.

2.2. The Customer selects a suitable product and adds it to the shopping cart.

2.3. The Customer enters the necessary contact information for delivery (email, phone, address) and selects the preferred delivery method.

2.4. By confirming the order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted the Online Store’s terms and privacy policy.

2.5. The Customer selects a payment method and confirms the order by paying the total amount.

2.6. Once payment has been received, the Online Store sends the Customer a confirmation email with order details.

2.7. The agreement between the Online Store and the Customer is considered concluded once the payment has been fully received in the Online Store’s bank account.

2.8. If the Online Store is unable to fulfill an order, the Customer will be informed, and the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days.

2.9. Jewelry is produced after the Customer places an order. The production time is up to 14 days. Demand-based production ensures that we create only the necessary quantity, reducing waste and overproduction.

2.10. Once the order is ready, the delivery time may vary depending on the destination:

Estonia: 1-3 business days (Omniva)
Worldwide: 7-14 business days (including Norway, EU countries, and other regions)

2.11. Jewelry is produced and shipped from Estonia, Europe.

PRICES & PAYMENT

3.1. All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT.

3.2. The total order amount includes the product price and delivery cost unless stated otherwise.

3.3. Payments are processed via secure payment platforms (PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay), allowing transactions via bank links or credit cards.

3.4. We do not have access to the Customer’s credit card or banking details.

DELIVERY

4.1. Orders are delivered to the Customer’s chosen parcel locker or another agreed address.

4.2. The delivery cost is added to the order depending on the selected shipping method. Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping within Estonia.

4.3. The Online Store notifies the Customer about the order status via email.

4.4. Standard delivery takes 1-4 business days, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

4.5. When an order arrives at a parcel locker, the Customer receives a notification via SMS/email with a pickup code.

4.6. If the delivered product does not match the order or is damaged during transport, the Customer must inform the Online Store immediately.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

5.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the item within 14 days of receiving the product.

5.2. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

5.3. To initiate a return, the Customer must submit a request via email and follow the Online Store’s instructions.

5.4. The Customer covers the return shipping cost, except when returning a defective or incorrect item.

5.5. Returns are only accepted from the customer who made the payment, and a valid invoice must be provided.

5.6. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received.

WARRANTY

6.1. All KEIDI Jewelry items come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

6.2. The warranty is only valid if the Customer provides a purchase invoice and product details.

6.3. If a jewelry piece has a manufacturing defect or breaks under normal use, the Customer must contact customer service by sending product photos and the invoice to hello@keidijewelry.com.

6.4. The jewelry will undergo an expert assessment, and if the defect is confirmed, a replacement will be provided under warranty.

COOKIES

7.1. The website uses cookies to optimize web traffic and analyze Customer behavior.

7.2. Google Analytics cookies are used for website improvement and do not identify individual users.

7.3. Session cookies ensure website functionality and are deleted when the Customer exits the browser.

7.4. With the Customer’s consent, Facebook Pixel cookies are used for targeted advertising and traffic analysis.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

8.1. The Online Store collects and processes the Customer’s personal data to fulfill orders and improve customer service.

8.2. Personal data may also be processed to enhance user experience and display advertisements on Meta and Google platforms.

8.3. Customer data is used to provide payment solutions, including via PayPal, Stripe, FONDY and Apple Pay.

8.4. The Customer has the right to access, modify, or request the deletion of their personal data.

FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. These terms comply with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

9.2. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiations or, if necessary, in court.
